			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Carol O’Dowd, MPA, M.Div. and Certified Mindfulness Instructor has teamed with Rose Lawless-Crimmins, a master gardener, to teach a class in “Mindful Gardening” on Saturday, June 16<sup>th</sup> from 9:00 am to noon under the trees at Fresh Aire. Rose has over 18 years of professional gardening experience and Carol has been a certified Mindfulness instructor for 8 years.</p>
<p>This hands-on workshop will have you creating a container garden while learning how to incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily life. Bring a container of almost any sort and we will provide the fun in learning how gardening and awareness can be enjoyed on a whole new level.</p>
<p>The cost of $50 per person includes five plants, soil, mulch and informative handouts.</p>
